a localização do prédido é muito boa, mas o apto 118 fica de frente para uma rua muito movimentada e barulhenta inclusive, com um ponto de onibus debaixo da janela. Eu tive dificuldade para dormir. Além disso, a casa, principalmente os lençois estavam com cheiro muito forte de produto de limpeza.
