Apartment review We rented an apartment for three weeks. We liked: - The apartment is cozy, you feel like at home. - The apartment has been renovated well, there are all the necessary appliances and furniture: kitchen appliances, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave. - Convenient location: only 15 minutes to the center, there are many shops, pharmacies and a pet store nearby. - On cold days, you can turn on the radiators - this is a big plus.

Cons: - When we moved in, the apartment was not very clean, there was dust and hairs on the floor. - The water in the shower works strangely, 2 minutes cold, 2 minutes hot. You can wash yourself, but you are unlikely to enjoy the process. - Very noisy neighbors, noise in the common area both at 12 at night and at 5 in the morning. there is no soundproofing on the door. - There is a construction site right across from the house (a few meters away) - there was no peace because of the constant noise, and instead of the promised view of the mountains, we had to watch the construction of walls (and workers looking in your windows)(all the windows look on the construction). (see photo) - We noticed mold near the window, which raises questions about the condition of the apartment (see photo) - The hair dryer is very old - the plastic is already sticking together over time, it is uncomfortable to use.

Very clean. All items are of good quality. The owner is nice. New interior.

In winter, a little cold wind blows in through the window. The shower space is a bit small.

The apartment was very clean, the staff was very helpful, there is a parking space, you can't smoke inside the space, but you can smoke on the balcony. It's good for both short stays and long trips as the apartment comes with a washing machine, all cooking utensils, free coffee and tea, smart TV and Netflix. Many thanks to the owner for creating all conditions for the guest. The price is also perfect

Good sized apartment, good facilities. WiFi was consistent - location was a short walk to the centre and close to shops.

Pots and pans were all left dirty which was dissapointing. Check in was a bit weird with different people to contact.

the apartment met our expectations and we had a great stay there. There is everything you may need at the apartment. And if there is some problem, the host is nearby and can help you with anything. It is a clean flat at the last floor in a new/renovated house with an elevator. There are two separate rooms there, one of them is equipped with a kitchen and there was a lot of space for three of us. We appreciated a lot AC and a slot for cold water in the fridge, which was prepared for us beforehead. We also liked to sit at the balcony in the afternoon with a glass of wine. We used Yandex taxi or Bolt for travelling in the city or outside it, and several times the drivers had problem to navigate correctly, probably google maps show the different place when you just write an address, but it is easy to orientate there - we used a medical center (which is downstairs of the building) as a landmark.

Actually there is nothing that bothered us. please keep in mind, that Rustaveli is quite loudy avenue, if you like your windows opened.

it was a great experience! the apartment had everything you need. what I liked the most is that it had a hair dry and iron, surprisingly these are not everywhere to be found 😅

Problemless check-in, clean, good-wifi. Well equipped apartment. Large living-room space.

Only creaking bed.

Very cozy appartments, really loved to live there. So easy and fast communcation with the owner, all the requests were solved in a matter of hours.
