Dinos Green Place

This was our second stay at Dinos. The bed is comfortable, we had a spacious balcony with comfortable chairs and a sea view. It's a great location just a few minutes walk into Messonghi village. Just across the road is the Mermaid Taverna which has sunbeds on the beach for customers.

The only drawback is the road whih can be busy and noisy

The owner Spiros is super gentle and waited for my arrival to show me around the place. He also left a very useful stock of water in my room - really the best treatment! The property is simple, but exactly as shown in the pictures and everything works well (warm shower, good air-conditioning, small kitchen with all needed appliances, mosquito nets, etc.). It is a very quiet place, though close to restaurants, supermarkets, and nightlife options (10min walk). The rooms for 2 have a good size and many hooks to hang wet clothes/bikinis (plus point). The place was exceptionally clean when I arrived and the room is cleaned every 2 days. It is also located in front of the beach (just across the street) and they offer beach chairs for free. Some tips if you are staying there: - Busses are supposed to stop close, but often they only stop at the main bus stop of Mesongi, 15-20min away. If you want to make sure you never miss a bus, look for the main bus stop and wait there. - "Captain Homer's" has a fair price for boat tours leaving from the river nearby (10min walk). - Two very good restaurants in the area are "To Mepáki" (best food) and "Zaks Taverna" (best service). - Moratika beach is about 30min (walking distance) from Mesongi and worth the visit.

I only missed wine glasses in the room.

I liked the practicality of the apartment: everything we needed was prepared for us including bottles of water and night mosquito repellant, soap, detergent and clothes dryer. If we asked for something else it showed up in half an hour. They clean it every second day, changing linens and towels (which we didn't really need, but nice bonus). It takes less than half a minute walking to the sea and 5 minutes to the supermarket. A beach is good for children with no waves and free sun beds for this apartment.

as a family of 4 with kids kitchen and fridge could be little small for those who wants to cook, shower is tiny and curtain does not contain the water so when you shower water goes everywhere but mop and bucket are there to wipe off so we did not no problem

The owners are friendly and helpful! The y gave us advice and recommendations about the restaurants and helped us find a taxi for the last night of our stay. It's close to the beach and supermarkets. Rooms are very clean and equipped with all you need for a vacation. Also, they own sunbeds on the beach, that you can use for free.

Owner is great dude. He give us very good advice and is very frendly easy going.Honest person! If you go to Greece you shall visit Corfu and defenetly stay at his place(this is best place price qulaity). He help us as much as he can even help us with print of tickets. This is not luxury proprty but is above normal for stay it have even safe. I would put it between 3-4 star hotel. Location is 50 meters from water. Water is beautifuly. Is perfect place if you are open sea sweemer as me. I would like to visit it in September but let see. There is cleaning every 2 day with change of sheets.
