Two weeks ago before the date of arrival, due to the war that happening these days in Israel, we tried to cancel our booking. We sent a messages twise to the host and didn't get any answer. Also we tried to canel it via Booking. On the date of arrival no one even tried to contact with us if we coming or not and they just took the money. We already canceled seven bookings on this trip without any problem, even after the date of free cancelation period and have got a full refund.

The host, location, size & cleanliness of the apartment

The property was ready for us, the apartment was clean and super cosy

There was nothing like that

The view from the window to the cathedral was ok. There was no problem with parking the car. The elevator was a useful facility.

The fridge was very dirty. Even with the windows closed it was noisy because of the proximity to the street. No air conditioning in the second bedroom. it was very hot with the door closed or opened.

Location was good. Easy to access all areas of interest. Cooking facilities good.

Info on local transport would be helpful

Very clean apartment which approximately 10-15 mins walk from the Duomo. Easy to communicate with host.

It was a very nice, comfortable apartment, in walking distance from the center. Our host was very kind, flexible, and helpful, he recommended good places to eat. The apartment had a nice view to the town. We could park nearby.

The area was quiet Check-in and check-out process was smooth. The apartment has all the basic facilities It is quite close to Tempio di Cristo Re which has a nice view of the city

Location is a bit further away from Centrale station, about 40min walk.
