- Air conditioning in both bedrooms and entrance. - Very easy check-in/check-out - Great location, close to Messina Central and entertainment/night life areas - Fantastic price-to-performance ratio. -Frequent cleaning services. - Nicely decorated and well-thought-out facilities, especially kitchen and main bedroom. - Plenty of natural light for a semi-basement apartment

- The 2nd bedroom was a bit spartan, compared to the main bedroom. There is some old/mismatched furniture. - Despite not being next to the road, the 2nd bedroom has issues with sound isolation as cars could be heard easily - WiFi was a bit spotty and required resetting at times.
