Appartamento spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. La vista dalla terrazza è meravigliosa. La disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario sono fuori dal comune.

Il quartiere non è dei migliori ma il condominio è molto tranquillo.

Private parking slot, great view, quiet appartment, AC in the bed room, fully equipped kitchen. Easy communication. Close to the University. I recommend this accomodation.

The mattress was too soft for me personally - I have 85 kg in weight.

A bit more cleaning needed

The district is very poor but safe. Good for people who value money and don’t mind to walk a lot and uphill (30 min from nearest beaches and restaurants)
