Very Clean and while the space is small it had everything you need for an overnight stay or 2 or 5 it was so cute I didn’t want to leave. The host is quick to respond to any questions all around a great experience

To many codes to remember

The space was relatively clean. It was also gated which gave the notion of security.

Firstly, the host pretended not to be able to refund my stay after I got in a car accident a few hours before, so I was forced to stay in Houston as I did not want to lose over $300. Booking.com told me to contact them, they told me to contact booking.com and we played this game for a few hours until I just decided to stay. Secondly, they requested the $150 incidentals fee via Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo. And charged me $20 for them to send me a booking.com invoice link. Requesting business fees using anything other than credit or debit gives me scammy vibes. They also did not return the $20 fee to me. So they got a free $20. Upon arrival, they requested $8 per day for me to park in the gate. After seeing I would not pay and would rather park on the street, and after watching me struggle with my bags, they said I can park in the gate free of charge. Hilarious. As far as the room, it was relatively clean but it is extremely small. Like I could not open a full suitcase entirely small. Hilariously small. The AC was very cool but I did not realize it was making me sick until the second day. I would wake up with a runny nose, coughing, and teary eyes up until I left the room. They likely need to change the filter or they have mold. Which is likely because the room is tiny and the shower steam pours out of the bathroom into the room. People can see into your room. Snatching the curtains one side will lead to your room being visible on the other side. Very frustrating considering people can see directly into your room. The WiFi is completely unreliable and the cell service sucks. The WiFi would go out every few minutes. The listing says check out is at 12. It is not. It is at 10:30. And lastly, the employees were cleaning sheets and towels OUTSIDE using a drill. I also have never stayed in accommodations with sheets and comforters and pillows not matching. Ultimately, I would NOT stay again. It was not worth frustration, random rules, influx of people, and more.

I loved the location the set up of the apartments.

the Property was super awesome.

this space is too small to function properly my tolit didn’t work and they withhold my deposit bc of it. i left dishes and they said that was grounds to keep $150 deposit I paid three cleaning $80 cleaning fees which they said one would be Reimbursed and it never was my mail and packages were never returned to me nor my items I left like my curling iron
