My Resort at Hua Hin by Charma

Location and Staff: The location of "My Resort" is one of its redeeming qualities. It's in a nice area, which adds to the appeal. Moreover, the security staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. Amenities: The resort boasts massive pools and an impressive pool playground, which are absolute hits, especially for children. This aspect of My Resort was thoroughly enjoyed by our kids, providing them with endless fun and making it a family-friendly destination.

Cleanliness and Maintenance (Critical Points):Unfortunately, the positive aspects are overshadowed by severe maintenance issues. Mold in the bathroom, thick dust on every surface, and the pervasive smell of cigarettes from the air conditioning units due to unmaintained filters are significant detractors. Service:While the security staff were commendable, the general upkeep of the facilities indicates a need for better service in terms of housekeeping and maintenance. Overall Experience:"My Resort" could be a fantastic place with its great location, friendly security, and excellent pool facilities. However, the experience is marred by poor cleanliness and maintenance, which needs urgent improvement. It's a resort with potential but currently falls short in delivering a comfortable and healthy environment. Recommendations for Improvement: Immediate attention to mold removal in all bathroom areas. Implement a more rigorous and frequent cleaning schedule, particularly for dusting. Regular replacement or cleaning of AC filters to eliminate the cigarette smell and improve air quality. Rating: 2.5/5 - The amenities for children and the location are highlights, but the maintenance issues can't be ignored.

The apartment was big, comfy beds, light and great balcony. The amount of pools was great! Felt v safe.

Could use a toaster

Very spacious room all the facilities you could need, very close to shops would stay again

The beach was further away than expected and it had very high tide so never really got to enjoy the beach, not the resorts fault but If your a beach person and you want resort on beach it's not ideal

It was large spacious, clean and well presented

Room’s size is big enough for my family. Water park is best for my kids.

The air-con is smelly sometimes.

Every think is good for family , have more bed to sleep and have kitchen . Its very clean.

My kids have fan with play water ground and they dont wont to leave
