Pessimo tutto

Appartamento spazioso, bella vista dal terrazzo.

Appartamento molto trascurato, per fortuna pulito. Asciugamani insufficienti. Molte problematiche al check-in, avvenuto con un' ora di ritardo, dopo aver ripetutamente chiamato la struttura, gestione pessima. Nelle istruzioni del check in non è specificato che la tassa di soggiorno è di un euro a persona solo x adulti, i bambini non pagano! Il parcheggio è dato come "in loco" ma si trova molto in basso rispetto all'appartamento, fattibile ma impegnativo, da segnalare meglio.

This location felt like real italy. The view is unbelievable from the terrace in this remote little hilltop village. We really loved our stay here. The windy roads to get here were a bit scary and the faily long uphill walk from the parking spot was a bit hard going but that is what it is like for all the residents of these ancient little hill top villages so you just have to roll with it!

The view from the flat in this authentic itlay hilltop apartment is amazing. Sadly, the owner contacted us thinking we had taken some items from the apartment. I contacted her later, and she said it was all resolved and we hadn't, in fact, taken anything. This, combined with poor communication from the owner, put a downer on what was otherwise a lovely stay. Also, you should know there is no aircon and no wifi and the parking is a long way (10 mins walk uphill) from the flat. This didn't bother us, but it might bother you.

El acceso en carro para personas con problemas para caminar, se puede hacer hasta la iglesia. Luego a algunos metros está el apartamento. Es muy cómodo, nosotros éramos 4 personas. Todo estaba muy limpio y organizado. La cocina contaba con lo necesario. En cuanto alimentos, había café. Nosotros llevamos lo necesario para hacer una cena y desayuno en familia. Las camas eran cómodas y tenían cobijas extras. NO WIFI, perfecto para desconectarse en un lugar tan tranquilo. Check in / Check out, fue en línea. Nosotros llegamos después de las 20h y la propietaria nos dio la oportunidad hacer self-check in. Lo recomiendo ☺️

Tal vez para hacer el apartamento más atractivo, deberían tener algunos productos en el baño (como shampooing o jabón líquido en la ducha) y en la cocina, un poco de sal y azúcar. lo básico ! 😉

hébergement vraiment atypique, dans le haut d'un charmant village "perché", accessible uniquement à pieds, équipé de 2 terrasses avec vue sur des collines toscanes. A quelques minutes en voiture du centre de Levanto, idéal pour visiter les 5 terres. Expérience insolite qui restera dans nos mémoires...

Il serait bien voire même indispensable de mentionner sur l'annonce que l'accès à cet hébergement est très physique et déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité réduite
