Locatia.

Sunt multe detalii care nu corespund sau nu au fost prezentate pe site: din toate pozele afisate pe site doar una corespunde apartamentului si aceea a fost modificata astfel incat sa prezinte o compartimentare mai favorabila; apartamentul este situat intr-un imobil cu mai multe apartamente locuite; este situat la mansarda; in gradina prezentata este de fapt un restaurant/terasa. In baie (nu apare in poze) este un miros groaznic de canal care se simte si in camera.
