Garden Apartment Morpeth- with lockable bike storage!

Stayed here 2 nights in August 2024. The self contained garden apartment was very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. I was able to park my motorbike right outside the apartment very secure. Easy access to the A1 so very good as a stop off point.

Location, kindness of hosts and home baked bread!

Location was excellent and easy to get to with the instructions provided. The hosts had clearly given a good amount of thought to the facilities that would be helpful to visitors. Some really good bread and cereal provided along with butter, milk and juice in the fridge. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

Something worth considering when booking is that the bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom if somebody is using the sofa bed in the lounge. Really useful to have the washing machine but we'd assumed it had a drying function. Thankfully there were fairly cheap launderette facilities including a dryer in a nearby filling station shop so we stopped by there on our way out of town. The hosts were really nice and I'm sure would have been able to help with this but it was late enough in the day that we didn't want to disturb them!

Immaculately clean, had every thing needed, parking, easy check in. Would stay again

Cute little apartment- very well stocked with all the kitchen things you could need. Great welcome pack- milk, juice, bread, butter and jam.

It was quite musty - not a good smell when you first arrive. There is clearly a problem with a bit of damp in the colder months but it was very clean
