Location & views are excellent. The apartment is well equipped in terms of kitchen equipment/utensils.

Internet speed poor. TV channels did not work. The apartment needs some general maintenance. The bathrooms need atrention mouldy shower tray, tile grout. Bathroom/ landing screws hanging out of the wall that new removing/filling. Furniture is tired. This could be a real luxury apartment.
