Twenty 4 Hr Self-Catering Accomodation

The family unit was at best, acceptable.

I understand Mthatha had a massive storm a few days earlier that knock out water supply and electricity. But i feel the property could have notified us that there is no water especially. we could not shower and worst of all use the toilet facilities. 4 guys in one unit and no toilet or shower. there was at least emergency lifts throughout the unit so we werent in darkness.

Spacious and comfortable with everything we needed

I didn't oder breakfast, but buy the look of thing I could have not iten it the way the rooms were not clean

None explain how TV works, call reception till we go to sleep none answerd it, have to wait for then to wake up from sleep when we arrive +_15min,deshwis and path tawels were having staines very dirty tawels sana

The location is quiet and safe. I felt at ease parking my car on the property.

Okay, I was with my partner and our 2 kids. Firstly, we went to the wrong address, which was apparently also the same as theirs on GPS. When we called them, they didn't pick up until they said they didn't know of any similar address. When we finally got to the property, we were told that it was full. The room that we reserved and paid for via booking.com apparently doesn't exist and was added by mistake, so basically they couldn't accommodate us we set there for over 20 minutes, and then they outsourced us to another place in which we were forced to sleep in separate rooms with kids.
