Superfreundlich und Hilfsbereit.sehr gute Ausstattung. Völlig ruhig gelegen, aber auch Bahnhofsnähe.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati decisamente bene. Vicina alla stazione e a dieci minuti dal centro, è un monolocale comodo e compreso di tutto. L’host è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’attenzione all’eco sostenibilità e l’angolo con guide e depliant ci ha aiutato a scoprire in modo divertente la città. Molto consigliato!

L'appartamento è carino e ha l'indispensabile per cucinare. Posizione molto buona a poche centinaia di metri dal centro.

Il materasso è molto scomodo. Il bagno senza finestra, non ha neppure l'aspirazione e nel set asciugamani manca quello per il bidet. Non si può caricare né scaricare davanti all'appuntamento, ma almeno a 100/200 metri; inoltre i parcheggi nei dintorni sono tt a pagamento, alla modica cifra di circa 15 euro al giorno.

Well located - 3 minutes walk from train station, under 10 to Basilica Sant Andrea. Host very quick to response and tries hard to accommodate your wishes. We'll equipped kitchen. Peaceful. No, it's not in a shabby area just clean and quiet

We liked everything! The apartment is quiet and very conveniently situated, close to the railway station and the town centre. It was easy to identify from the name on the bell. Check in went very smoothly: Daniele was there to welcome us and give us information about Wi-Fi etc. The apartment was beautifully clean and care had obviously been taken to provide visitors with everything they might need for their stay, with additional extras such as bottled water and tea, coffee, biscotti and jam, and, a really nice touch, à chocolate each resting on top of the towels! Mosquito netting covering the windows meant that we could sleep peacefully without worrying about the possibility of getting bitten or being kept awake by the annoying whine. The bed was comfortable, especially with the hanging back cushions for support, and extra blankets were provided in case we felt cold. There was plenty of space for storing clothes and bathroom items. The bathroom was clean and bright and the shower was good; there was plenty of hot water. The lighting was good and there were adequate electrical sockets. The hosts had provided a range of information booklets and leaflets.

A pair of kitchen scissors would have been useful, but otherwise the apartment was excellent. Absolutely no complaints!

The owner was very very friendly and helpful. Thank god I remembered him to bring a fan-ventilator in the room.

The apartment has windows only at that side of the house where sun ist beaming from noon to evening, so its too hot to let them open and not shut the roller blind from noon on. But then the air in the room is stuffy and remains muggy.
