localização excelente bem próximo ao centro de gramado, apartamento muito bom e confortável,linda vista da sacada.

Internete horrível!! muito instável,toda hora parando e por fim parou de vez de funcionar, fiquei um dia inteiro sem e me complicou todo, pelo apartamento e localização de luxo em pleno século 21 onde tudo gira em torno da conexão é preciso urgentemente resolver esse problema.

Poderia ter uma vista melhor, ja que está umv. Me incomoda os aptos de locacao nao terem abajur de caveceira e estr nao ter armario pelo menos cabideiro no quarto.
