Anais 1-Bedroom Apartment in Mackenzie

the location was very close to Salt Lake, but not so close to the sea side. the area it self and sidewalk not fantastic. but in general easy reachable.

balcony is very dusty and with plain view. at least some greens could help to feel good there. nevertheless, I asked cleaning lady to come and she did it straight next day to clean it.

The internet did not work for the first 10 days of our stay. That represented a big issue as I had to work remotely. Only after 10 days it got fixed by internet provider

We liked room size, kitchen, all necessary equipment was there. Beautiful view through the balcony, could see landing airplanes, sunrises and the sea. Calm part of Larnaca. There is a local shop downstairs.

Didn’t like the corridor - was like in a dormitory. The neighbours kept their full garbage bags all week in the staircase. The pigeons lived in balcony and pooped there :) the building is very cold in december, we needed to keep conditioners during night and that made some noise. The sinks were flooded in the bathroom and in the kitchen.

The contact with the host was good and helpful.

The room was old and not clean at all. Also the smell of the room wasn’t nice, and one of air conditioning wasn’t working. You can definitely find better options for this price .

Location

The building is old, dirty with very bad insulation so you hear everything, door slamming, elevator but especially neighbours above in the night with absolutely no sense for other human beings. Apartment is good size with well equiped kitchen lets say, bedroom is ok but bathroom is old, dirty and really not nice.Washing machine is there althought. Sofa in the living room was so dirty that we didnt want to sit there. Balcony is a home for pigeon and there is an old and rusty clothes hanger. Apartment has potencial but they have to put some effort. The price is overrated.

The apartment it is located near the beach, near the bus station and near one shop. It is clean and inside the light is great. The wi-fi was very good for us, as my girlfriend worked from home.
