Great place for a headquarter to visit all the attractions in Rovaniemi. Good value for money. You need to have a rented car, as it is a 30 minute drive from the place to Santa Claus village, for example. But that morning drive was a great way to start the day. Quiet neighbourhood and the parking spot very easy to access.

It can be cleaner. We found bread crumbs from the guests before us and we didn’t really trust to make coffee at their machine as it was not very clean.

Good location if you have a care, 25 min drive from Rovaniemi. Easy to find the key and the apartment. Well equipped kitchen

The pillow covers were not washed we had to use towels or T-shirts over the pillows

The accommodation was in an extremely unhygienic condition, which is absolutely unacceptable for someone like me who places a high value on cleanliness. I would have preferred sleeping on a mattress rather than staying in this place. The cutlery was 99% dirty, with food residues everywhere – the same applied to the pans and pots. The trash area was surrounded by eggshells and other dirt, making it equally unsanitary. The bathroom was particularly disgusting: there were urine and fecal stains everywhere – on the sink, the toilet, and the toilet lid. We were forced to clean the entire place ourselves, which was extremely unpleasant and gross. What shocked me the most was the landlord’s behavior. Instead of acknowledging the state of the accommodation and apologizing, he argued with me, claiming the apartment was clean. At the same time, he admitted he hadn’t been to the property in years. These contradictory statements were completely baffling. My photographic evidence was dismissed as false, which I found utterly insulting. I left the accommodation earlier than planned because it was unbearable. I cannot recommend this place at all. Both the condition of the apartment and the landlord’s behavior are unacceptable.

The apartment is located in a large, very simple and rather unattractive apartment building.

Nice and quiet location. Lovely and clean home. Helpful host.

Google maps showed wrong house.

Mold in the pans, food of previous owners on the floor. Smelly towels, not washed correctly. Sticky stains on the floor. Misleading name of studio because it’s not in Rovaniemi.

I did like our pleasure, was so good.
