It was our first time staying at a rorbuer and we loved the rustic feel to it. Set in Laukvik, you won't find too many people here, just industrious fishermen. We appreciated how quiet it was. Definitely a great place to get away and chill. We had the whole upstairs to ourselves. It had practically everything we needed, a kitchen, a washing machine, bathroom, heater, wifi, and a window view to the northern lights. Alf knocked on our door to tell us the aurora was out and we rushed outside because we hadn't seen it for the week we were in Norway.

The Cafe next door isn't open M - W. Also, this is nitpicking, but the towels provided had that old towel smell. Lastly, if you're driving an EV, the closest fast charging station is Svolvaer, a 40 minute drive, so plan accordingly.

Building full of character. Warm and comfortable, loads of space. Great location by pub/ coffee shop.

Steep stairs to the upstairs flats might be challenging for some people.

木质结构房屋，隔音效果一般。但很幸运，入住时邻居并非发出太多噪音，所以未受影响

The rorbuer is within walking distance to a cute cafe and a little supermarket, right at the harbour. The place was neatly decorated with sea related items, and the couch was very comfortable. The shower was excellent.

The fridge was a bit loud, and there was a constant humming sound even at night right by the sleeping room, coming from outside.
