Posizione e struttura molto belli

Non silenziosissima, da sulla piazza centrale di Lavagna

L'appartement est tres pratique, bien equipé et tres propre La proximitè de la gare qui permet de faire toutes les visites touristiques sans prendre sa voiture....un grand plus Serena est juste fantastique

Un volet qui claque la nuit quand il y a du vent mais c'est dans un autre appartement

Clean and not crammed with stuff

Serena est très aimable et prend soin de ses hôtes, elle fait entièrement confiance et facilite le séjour de ses hôtes ( suggestions, arrangements). L appartement est très grand et lumineux, très agréable à vivre et près de toutes commodités (commerces, marché, bars et restaurants). Propreté irréprochable.

A noter mais indépendant des hôtes : L appartement était un peu froid en cette saison et le chauffage centralisé pas encore en marche. Il y avait beaucoup de vent dans la ruelle côté cuisine et les huisseries faisaient du bruit inconfortable la nuit.

Beds were a bit too hard

Spacy and very clean apartment near (actually at) the center of the city. It's located on 4th floor, has a nice kitchen with a big dining table, very spacy living room and 2 comfortable bedrooms. The balcony is not big but spacy enough (maybe a bit small for 4, but was enough for 3) to enjoy it. There is another small balcony at the kitchen, was mainly used for clothes drying. Since the city center is really 1 step away, you may find all necessary without going too far from the apartment. In addition to local shops, there are also 3 supermarkets in approx 5 min away. The beach is very close (3 min walk). The outside parking place (for extra fee) was in pretty calm area, 5 min away from the apartment. The loading/unloading may happen using short term parking on the square nearby. We are very thankful to our host Serena who did all her best to make our stay comfortable! She is very friendly, provided us with many tips and recommendations and was always reachable in case of further questions. Thank you once again, Serena!

It's 1st time we booked the apartment without airco in Italy during the summer. Even though during the night the air was pretty fresh and was cooling down the apartment, during the day it was a bit hot for us (but probably it's because we are people who are not very used to the hot weather in general). We also found the selection of tableware a bit modest. We were a bit surprised not to find the wine glasses in the apartment. So probably something to add in the future:)
