Seabrook In-house Holiday Rentals

The location was perfect and the views were exceptional!!!! The stay was enjoyable and safe, we got to walk and jog along the beach promenade which was lovely. The property was close to shops and places we wanted to visit during our stay which was good.

I was expecting cleaning services during our stay and additional toilet paper but we had to get that ourselves, which was a bit disappointing. The passageways and parking area were also not very clean.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough to accommodate us.

The facility does not have a back up for power outage making it difficult to stay with children who require warm meals. I booked for two nights and was forced to check out the following morning because since check-in there was no power. No compensation even to refund the last day.

Nice place but unfortunately the body corp got rules in place as there is a caretaker on site unfortunately the man is old and don't stand for noise he come and complain with holiday people there when people isn't making noise he assumed is us but was the people above us ..no room service unfortunately it's also not child friendly as for activities plus the service lifts in the building is not up to date we almost got stuck on the 1st floor of the building..
