The location, everything we needed was on a walking distance, pool, sea, shops and groove even restaurants..

The behavior of their manager, Percy.. yoooo he is so rude and unreasonable even to the kids, he chased kids out of the play area before written time, there was water leaking in our room and he told us that he will only get plumber after we are gone and we were supposed to go back unBath, but the owner on the other side was much helpful on whatsapp, the issue was resolved same day....

Easy to find the place. The instructions on how to get there were on point. Place is very safe and just amazing

The caretaker was rude, he referred to us as " You people come here and make noise", He went as far as calling some of my friends Mother-F***rs just for sitting and chatting on the stairs. If you are a group of friends coming to Margate to have fun, don't book here

"Beautiful stay"

I liked everything about the department. There was a braai side, a playing room for kiddies and a beautiful view side for a clear beautiful picture of Margate.

I didn't like the fact that we were a family of 5 at house 001 and 002, only 2 people will take a cosy bathing and then the rest of the team suffered.
