Tranquility

I liked how spacious the apartments were, as well as the built-in braai area on the balcony. The location was prime, very easy access to the beach.

I think the entertainment facilities could be better. A modern smart TV would be a game changer, as none of the units had one. The airconditioner in my unit wasn't working properly as well, it was dripping onto the bed and basically soaked the pillow and head of the bed.

It had an open dining area and sitting room area

The Jacuzzi was not clean

Loved the little pool. Lots of fun. The place had a lovely balcony which you can chill in.

The hosts repeatedly spoken about how well stocked the kitchen was and this was far from true. The pots didnt have lids, the stove was missing swtiches, the fridge didnt get cold, the oven barely worked. They had a gad braai which wasn't in the best state. God forbid that you wanted to cook and then eat without washing dishes, that wouldnt even be possible because the crockery and cuttlery was so limited. Cooking in this place was just such a nightmare. The furniture was old and not in good condition, the could was broken and torn. The tv was from the early 2000's so that wasnt great. Not all the rooms had remotes for the air-cons. None of the doors had keys whcih would lock, even the outside backdoor. This was a major risk which I could not bare. The hosts also kept sending messages via booking.com with warnings about breakages and chargable damages but this place was in such bad condition that it just annoyed the life out of me.

The Security guy or Helper was friendly and Helpful

We asked them to fill the gas cylinder but it was not .. because we couldn't finish braaing our Meat we had to put it on the oven They said they had a pool only to find a Mini mini jacuzzi The sofas Are in a bad conditions The kitchen cabinets are broken Oh when you arrive after 18:00h you pay an extra R300 Of which it's unfair..when come out from work late and still have to run to try arrive on time
