The view was spectacular. The rooms comfortable and we had whatever we needed. It's peaceful and serene and we viewed dolphins and whales. It was also secure

The photos of the advert was taken long ago and nothing compared to our experience. No photo of the bathroom says it all 1. Cleanliness of the unit was very unpleasant and poor condition The entire unit has not been deep cleaned/cleaned throughly Shower: Dirty, mold on walls, shower shower caddy dirty, shower door dirty, shower mat dirty and stinks Bathtub: stained, soap holder paint peeled off, bath towels dirty, bath mats dirty and stinks Main Bedroom & Bedding: Dirty, dirt stains on bedsheets ,base cover, and bedsheets, side table cloth dirty with food and stained. Bedroom windows sealed could not open which caused damp and musty smell in Bedroom, Curtains dirty, windows sills and floor area spider webs and thick dirt Dining room chairs, table and coffee table stained with dirt marks Microwave dirty and rusted interior Lounge blinds and curtains dirty, stained, spider webs, blinds broken No daily cleaning service during stay Kitchen cold water tap does not function fully Fan in Bedroom dont work and fan wings warped 2. Inconvenience of Construction taking place right outside and in front of the unit which I was not informed of at time of booking. Disturbed throughout stay with noise from workers alkimg loudly for an hour as early as 8am in the morning who sat right outside in front of the unit, a generator was used even more loud noise, no privacy at all during the day, we could not open the balcony door or curtains and could not sit in the balcony. The entire balcony had dirt and dust from paint during the working period. Construction workers were on lunch break by the braai area when we went to braai. This was definitely not value for money at the price that I paid and have not been compensated for this. Have photos as evidence The above was addressed to the building manager and his response was that he will speak to the caretaker with no further feedback about my complaint and unpleasant stay. Extremely disappointed
