For the price and excellent location the beds, bathroom and kitchen were clean. Own bathroom and you share the kitchen with other guests. Room was spacious, bed comfy, great having a TV. Very central location right in the middle of old town.

This was one of those hit n miss stays, reading mixed reviews we took a gamble..... This place is not flash, but for the price and excellent location the beds, bathroom and kitchen were clean. Own bathroom and you share the kitchen with another bedroom (we were fortunate the only ones staying). Room was spacious, bed comfy, great having a TV and washing machine.

Take matches or lighter as oven hobs are gas. Not great communication we had to contact them to be let in. Do your comms early with them!

Vobec ma neubytovali.

It was very close to town centre and it was very private.

The landlord was rude, i asked about the radiators turning off and it was very cold i have 2 little children and it was cold outside and inside. He replied and said “this isn’t a finland sauna” which was very rude and i told him to not speak to me like that. Its the value for money i guess… pay small prices have small values.

The bedroom with bathroom were mainly okay.

There was hardly any communication possible, they didn't send any information about how till enter the building and just didn't react to emails (send while we were there, because we had questions about the apartment). The advertisement promises a lot (kitchen, possibility to sit outside, laundry), but it's is all hardly usable. There is a laundry machine but no rack to dry your laundry, there is a flat iron but no board for it, the outside area is a ruin (see picture), in the kitchen there are no towels. The kitchen is probably not for this apartment alone. There seem to be 3 apartments and they probably share the kitchen. In any case, the kitchen is on another floor, it was not part of our apartment. Even worse : the kitchen is not cleaned or checked after a rental. The pans were oily and in the oven we found something full of mould. And finally some things are just unprofessionally done: electricity cables everywhere, carpets laid as if a 16-year old student tried to do it.
