"A very good location and accommodation"

As many said the property is situated right in hart of Matlock , very close to the river and park where you can have a lovely walk . Right in font of property door is a bus stop from where you can go and visit different places. Walking path up to Abraham hight also is very close to the property

I suggest to have a double key to the entrance doors . That would be very helpful

"A lovely location very close to all amenities"

Great location 5 minutes from the train station, great access to shops and all the lovely walks. The staff were lovely and helpful with late arrivals and provided clear instruction as to how to get inside.

Shower was not the biggest room and was a bit of a struggle to use. The cupboard door that opens to reveal the fridge would bump into the chair at the table, minor complaint but was slightly frustrating in the evenings.

Great location. Really comfy bed and a cosy little flat. It was what I needed. A larger table would have been nicer but there isn't really a lot of space. Kitchen was usable and had everything you might need. Tea and coffee was a lovely touch thank you!

Not a lot really! Would have been nice to be able to get both sides of the bed if it was a couple staying, but the room is small!

Location was fabulous. Bang in the centre. Super clean and the welcome pack etc (and loo roll) is a huge bonus. We had a wonderful week, went to almost every restaurant and bar! Also took in a night watching Matlock Town FC which was brilliant. Hundreds of walks on your doorstep, which we did a few. Train station only 5 mins walk which we used to go to Matlock Bath and Cromford. A great week all round.

Nothing. But I would advise, if you struggle with stairs then probs not for you as it is top floor. A bit of a leg buster after a long hike!
