Well maintained and looks as it does in the pictures. Good location and has all the amenities you could need. Staff were very helpful and friendly and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Will be staying there again for sure and would definitely recommend it.

The location is brilliant, right beside the sea for a quick swim. Has 3 local restaurants, 2 bars/cafes and a supermarket. The property offers exactly the things you need for your guests with daily housekeeping. Mimika (the housekeeper) and her husband are really friendly. They told us about a restaurant in Tsilivi called Athena which serves beautiful traditional greek cuisine and they go out of their way to help you. Pigi was an amazing host, super helpful for any questions we had and would respond promptly. She has alot of connections so most activities she recomended in her ‘Zante guide book’ we got discounts for

Even though the location is brilliant, it is at least a 15 minute drive from tourist attractions such as nice beaches, zakynthos town and the viewpoints to the west and south of the island. So, to fully enjoy your stay its best to rent/hire a mode of transport

Very helpful to guests whether it be local rent a car, restaurants, shops, etc.

You need a car but very cheap to rent and the property helps you witht that.

In the morning they cut the power and water, I guess for us to leave because it was the last day they were open

This appartement is really great as 1) the host is very nice, we got invited to a punch. 2) The rooms are very clean and provide enough space and view to the sea. Baldachin over the beds prevent possible mosquitos from attacking. 3) Silent environment, only the gentle sound of the sea can be heard in the nights. 4) Its very cost-effective and there is a good fish restaurant is in just 5min walking distance.

Mosquitos, but there is a Baldachin for the beds for mitigation.
