Villa Asta Medulin

Amazing apartment, the pool is a nice addition... Very nice big terrace... Fully equipped apartment. I'd recommend staying here 😍

Nicolas, the host, and his wife are lovely people, kind and patient with the kids and always in for a chat in the morning or evening. They take good care of the building and their guests. The villa is well situated in Medulin, with everything you need within walking distance range. We enjoyed the swimming pool and common area.

The reception by Stefan (the janitor?), who was quite annoyed about the fact that we entered our apartment upon our arrival with letting him now (even if the key was on the outside door).

Everything was fine.

Long walk to the beach Bijeca. 15-20min. But we expected that - we know how to look maps and the location of Villa.

Nice pool, terrace with a TV for everyone, coffee machine (not free), free parking, great bathroom.

apartment looks bigger on pictures (good only for short stay), not enough parking spaces, some communication issues with host. no AC in bedrooms, one AC on the entrance that's supposed to cool the whole apartment (2 bedrooms), tiny living area.

We spent a weekend in the villa. We were two families with kids, the appartament was good for two adults and two kids. Probably because it's the end of the season some basic amenities were missing, but overall it was a good experience. There's a beautiful pool you can use, but you have to share it with everyone who's staying in the villa.

The property was in a nice quiet spot and only 15 mins walk to the bars and restaurants. The pool was lovely and the apartment was well positioned

The cleaner arrived at 9 on the morning of check out but we weren’t due to leave until 10. So felt a little pressure to get out of the apartment

Not much space for parking ( the car can be parked down the street)
