We had a lovely stay at this property. It was warm and conveniently located close to everything we needed- shops, ski slopes.

The parking situation was quite frustrating—we weren’t informed about where to park initially, which led to some confusion. My husband parked near the building, but an unpleasant gentleman told him to move the car. When we contacted the host, they provided a designated parking spot, but unfortunately, it was almost always occupied by other vehicles. On top of that, the parking spot we were given was located in an icy area, and my husband slipped and hit his head. After that, the host told us we could go through the garage instead, which was fine during the day. However, at night, the garage door was locked, forcing us to go through the icy area again, which was really unsafe. Additionally, the cleanliness could have been better. We noticed quite a few dust bunnies upon arrival. The beds were also quite uncomfortable, as the mattresses were too hard for our liking. Another issue was that we were only given one key, which made it difficult to coordinate when we needed to go out separately.

The location was ok. Wi-fi was good.

The appartment was cold, although it has the termostats. The bathroom was constantly cold, the beds and coach are not optimal.

The location of Casa Nicoletta is perfectly situated for a quiet part of the town. Bus stop is less than a minute walk which they run frequently throughout the day and easy access to all lifts and other parts of the town. Great bars and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The host were very relaxed and friendly. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. great storage in the basement fir your ski and boots. would highly recommend staying here.
