Excellent location Quiet Secure Friendly and helpful staff Good service

Cleanliness is in 'very good' status. Could have been better. They change linen every after 2 days, and they need to give more attention to the towels. Dining table, table mats were not clean initially. Furnitures were dusty. Fridge inside was not clean. I advise to turn on the fridge before guest arrives on the day. I did not notice and kept stuff in the freezer. Later realised the fridge was not on. The main point is the net speed and the property must provide all major entertainment platforms in TV with proper net speed. This is extremely important. Most of the apartments are equipped with this facility. Kitchen needs improving. The induction cooker is very old and hard to get high temperature. Makes cooking so slow and frustrating. Also, needs some small pots to keep cooked food.

"Very good stay overall"

Everything. Sunil, Debopriya, Tarak and the guard everyone were very helpful. Location is amazing. Chowman 6th Ballygunge place restaurant is just a stone throw away. Debopriya arranged sports channel for us so that we can watch football. Sunil did some grocery shopping for us. Tarak was helpful too. We will definitely come back

Only one bowl in the kitchen for cereal. We had to buy couple of more for cereal and soup bowl.Induction is not proper . So are the cooking utensils. Only one kadai and that to in a very bad state. I bought a kadai for us but it didn't work on the induction. We stayed 11 nights and we have diet restrictions so somehow managed.
