Ruim, mooi ingericht en perfect in orde appartement. Zeer attente gastheer die ons verwelkomde bij aankomst, en ons een lift gegeven heeft naar de trein bij vertrek. Rustige ligging iets buiten Welkenraedt, vlakbij startpunt prachtige wandelingen Herbesthal/Lonzen. Supermarkt op wandelafstand.

het terras is omringd door grote hagen en goed ingericht. Daarnaast ligt echter een werkplaats en aan de slaapkamerkant eveneens. Dit gaf absoluut géén overlast of tekort aan privacy, maar was wel minder charmant visueel dan aangrenzende tuinen.

"Prima huis dicht bij Maastricht en Aken en Monschau en de natuur"

Het huis is ruim en heeft een fijne tuin die de hele dag zon en schaduw heeft

De locatie is prima. Maar de buren hebben wel bedrijf. Dit geeft geen geluidsoverlast. Maar daardoor is de plek wel iets minder charmant dan op de foto’s . Verder wonen de eigenaren boven het huis. Wat op zich handig is bij vragen en hulp. maar zelf houd ik nu eenmaal van meer privacy.

"Goede uitvalsbasis om de buurt te ontdekken."

Het is er heel netjes en smaakvol ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt en meer is ter plaatse. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Denk dat de tijdsperiode minder gunstig was en het vrij koud was maakte ook dat je niet vh terras kon genieten, dat zou het allemaal wat gezelliger gemaakt hebben, maar daar kan niemand iets aan doen.

"Heerlijk lang weekend in pracht omgeving"

Ruim apartement. Leuk aangekleed. Grote keuken. Grote badkamer. Prima.Schoon. Goede uitvalbasis voor pracht wandelingen op de Hoge Venen Wel even zoeken bij aankomst. Zat beetje verstopt achter politiebureau en naast bedrijf.

Hoofdkussens waren te dun en slap. Matrassen wel goed

"Van het beste dat we ooit hadden !"

Een ruim en zeer net verblijf met alles aanwezig, rustig, lekker warm in de winter, niets op aan te merken. Een topplek !

Niets viel tegen, 1 detail van praktische aard : een tweede toilet zou een meerwaarde geweest zijn, ofwel het toilet niet op de badkamer.
