Apartment Koruna

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi sia il lungo mare (centro) di Medolino sia la spiaggia di Bijeca, ideale se si hanno bambini piccoli. Munito di tutti i servizi essenziali: cucina ad induzione, pentole, stoviglie, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi ed anche un comodo balconcino, c'è una rampa di scale da fare per accedere all'abitazione, ma per noi non è stato un problema. La padrona di casa è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni richiesta o domanda!!! Se dovessimo tornare a Medolino, sicuramente alloggeremo di nuovo in questo appartamento.

L'unica pecca forse è la mancanza della lavatrice, per cui è necessario rivolgersi ad una lavanderia esterna.

Sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet, nette Vermieterin. Alles, was man so braucht in fußläufiger Umgebung.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, with a big room that's perfect for a family with a child. It's very close to the beach (10 minutes on foot), but far enough not to hear party noises at night. We also had good communication with the host. The AC was a life saver.

The apartment is very nicely furnished and spacious. There is all the equipment you need (we were cooking almost every day). The host is very nice and very quick in responding if you need something (we had a broken coffee machine and the next morning we got a new one). The apartment was super clean - all the beddings including blankets had a pleasant fresh scent and we were surprised that every time we came back to the apartment even after several day, there was a nice smell. The area is quiet, far enough from the sound of nightlife of Medulon, yet close enough to walk to the sandy Bijeca beach even with a 2-year old and quite a bit of beach equipment 😁 The grocery store right beneath the apartment is very handy. We also appreciated private parking What is used a lot especially in the evenings was the terrace. The chairs and sofa there are hidden from the sun so apart from evening wine drinking I also used it for work in the afternoon on my laptop.

Dishwasher would be nice and since we cooked a lot we would also appreciate a four-burner stove. However, that wouldn’t hold us from booking again. A view of the sea from the balcony would definitely be nice ☺️ but that’s not possible and it’s also not that common in Medulin - since Medulin is rather flat, at least the streets close to Bijeca beach, only the apartment right next to the sea have a see view. And most of them don’t have big balconies where you can comfortably sit and enjoy.

Great apartment, very well equipped. Only downside was the wifi that didn't work.

Close to everything, plenty of space, apartment well equipped and tidy.

There's a supermarket right underneath and opening around 6am is quite noisy as well as closing in the evenings, 9pm.
