The location is amazing, across from the Galleria for shopping and the main train station. and a short walk to old town. Public transport was very close by. The apartment was spacious and had everything necessary for our stay. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful.

"Awful landlord, assaulted me for checking out at 10.03am"

The landlord was very rude and assaulted me for not checking out at exactly 10am. I complained during my stay about the noise from building work. The owner appears to have taken exception to this. When checking out I needed the toilet before going into the city. I finished on toilet at 10.03 am. The landlord knocked at 10am and told my children we needed to leave the apartment. I called through that we are. Cases were at the door. When I left the bathroom, the owner grabbed our cases and through into hall. I told him we were going and I just needed toilet. He went on to grab me and through me against the wall. I complained to Booking.com, they said they would follow up. However the landlord lied, and said I had made complaints about the bathroom and was very rude. This is not true. The landlord clearly has anger issues. As a genius guest I feel very upset with Booking.com for not following up properly. As a result they are putting future apartment guests at risk.

The owner assaulted me. Plus it was noisy due to building work. The landlord was not helpful in anyway and should not be allowed to use booking.com
