Amazing View Family Penthouse

Excellent location, next to the Nafplio market, great view of Mpourtzi, comfortable space, huge balconies, can accomodate 6++

Need to be proactive and shut all blinders during the day, to avoid overheating of the top floor. The double bed on the top floor was not comfortable.

We were a family of 6. House facilities and balconies. Easy parking. We were with a car so 2 minute drive to old town / port free parking. 4 minutes drive to the beach with free parking and beach restaurant and services ( order drink and food for 15 euros and you get sits and shade ). Walking distance to a super market ( 2 mins ), pharmacy ( 1 min ) and patisserie ( 5 mins ) Close to town restaurants and great spot for star trips.

The property is well equiped with all you need and is close to the harbor and old city at 10 min by walk. It' s a quiet area and you have your own parking place, even a garrage. All Booking's information about faciities and images are real. The host is very nice and helpful, he gave us a lot of tips about the best tavernas. If you want to buy a good quality olive oil, ask him.

Well equipped apartment, with extras including bottled water, foil, cling film, olive oil etc.

It was really disappointing as we had rented it as a treat for family, and it didn't have anything like an amazing view.....yes, you could see Nafplio and the sea, but in front of you is an unused lot, and then they are developing the front, so there were cranes and lorries....

Super friendly and helpful host with guesthouse at a good location.

We spent 5 nights at this lovely apartment and it was perfect for our needs. There was a welcome platter waiting for us when we arrived and the kitchen was well stocked and equipped, as was the rest of the property. The apartment is really spacious and our teens appreciated having a big space upstairs with their own bathroom. There were 4 terraces in total over the two floors so we could have coffee from the rear terrace off our room in the morning and then watch the sun go down over the mountains from the front terrace. There was a supermarket, mini market, a couple of bakeries (we really liked Kosmos) and a restaurant within 5 mins walk, and it was just 12-15 mins walk into town, or a 5 min drive with easy parking by the harbour or near the beach/fortress. Ifikratis was very responsive before and during our visit to any questions and was there to give us a friendly welcome on arrival. Would definitely stay again, missing it already!

Nothing to dislike at all

Loved this apartment will traveling in Nafplio with my elderly parents. The bedroom on the second floor made it feel like 2 separate apartments so everyone had their personal space to spread out. The location was convenient with a 15 min walk to old town and a commercial shopping area just behind it. The supermarket was also a block away. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay - from kitchen utensils to mosquito spray! The balcony also had amazing views of the fortresses.
