Samudra @ Swiss Garden Residence

- It was located right at the beachfront. Convenient and easy access to the beach. ATV was reasonable at RM50 for 30mins. - Lots of shops, cafe and side stalls at walking distance - Convenient parking - Pool is super nice for kids, but I went during super peak season, so we had fun at the beach instead, cause the pool was jam packed with guest, didn't dare to go in the pool due to hygiene purposes.

Out of respect to the owner Mr.Han for his kind gesture, I will keep it short direct and simple. 1. Unit had a strong pungent smell due to all windows and balcony was locked. This was because pegions were building nest around the beams of his unit. 2. No matter how much Air Refresher was sprayed, the unit still smelled awful. This was the biggest turn off for our 4 days stay. The smell of old worned, mouldy scent was so strong. 3. Microwave worked but it didn't make the food hot. Thank God I brought my own portable cooker 4. Common bathroom sink had a leak at the bottom when you turn on the tap. 5. Alot of Mr.DIY items. I don't mean to discriminate Mr.DIY, but that's just my 2 cents feedback. 6. Didn't have any broom / dustpan as the floors can get sandy due to a beach location, we could have swept. 7. Toilet seats were not screwed in properly and seat cover, darn it was with mold. (MBR toilet) 8. Shower screen also was with mold. Gelinya bila mandi. 9. Shower head holder looks broken at MBR room. The list can go on more, but it would make me sound like a petty guest. So my kind advice to Mr.Han is to refurb the unit before another guest experience similar fate. This unit is not fit. We were ready to check out when we checked in and highlighted point 1 & 2. Once again, thank you Mr.Han for your kind hospitality, but that human kindness does not match your unit. It was a way below subpar unit for 1.3k @ 3 nights. A refund of RM55.00 per night x 3 was the kind gesture from yourself, but the experience was not worth for what I paid. Mr.Han has been sincere, communicates efficiently and did his best to accommodate my stay. But as a paying guest in your homestay unit, we kind of expect a decent unit. Thank you.

Host is good

Bit expensive for an old building, main door got problem,too crowded during school holiday which is 100% not comfortable.Bored place.

All good! My kids like the house,pool and everything.. host very friendly.. i check out late around 1.30pm and host no problem at all.. definitely will come again next time ☺️

Place is clean and tidy, pretty comfortable for family stay, location is great just nearby the beach, kids is enjoyed the pool facilities and sun bathing

Great place. Convince and had good facility nearby. Plenty of choice for place to eat
