A localização é ótima, e o dono foi gentil comigo: esqueci a capa de travesseiro e ele falou com os hóspedes que entraram depois de nós para mediar.

A limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar, e tem bons degraus de escada para subir, (mas já estávamos sabendo). Se tiver alguma dificuldade de locomoção, não será uma opção adequada.

Somente da Localização

O AP é todo detonado, cama péssima, a tampa do vaso estava quebrada, estava mal limpo, cama velha, sofá só madeira, armário sujos, o dono ainda nos acusou de entregar o AP com a fechadura com defeito, sendo que ele nem foi receber o apartamento e só me comunicou 3 horas depois
