MY1. Many parking spaces available. 2. Good security measures for the main entrance and the elevator. 3. Sufficient kitchen utensil. 4. Clean room. No unwanted smell.
1. Only 1 toilet/bathroom. Difficult for 5 people. 2. The toilet lock was broken. The hotel didn't have the key. Had to remove the lock by force. Imagine our anxiety taking a shower naked without a door lock. 3. Only one sofa in the living room and 3 chairs at the dining table. 4. Cannot use the induction stove and the staff didn't know how to teach us. 5. No refrigerator, water dispenser and drinking water wasn't provided. 6. The air conditioner in 1 of the rooms blew directly to our face. Bad air cond position, very uncomfortable. Only 1 remote control shared by 3 air cond. 7. Both tv remote & tv box remote didn't work. 8. No cloth hanger.
