O apartamento é como descrito. Como não tem área de serviço, fizeram uma pequena num dos quartos o que foi bom pois ajuda bastante. Muito bem localizado! O bairro é ótimo com tudo por perto, restaurantes, lanchonetes, várias tapiocarias no calcadão da praia. Tem um mercado na esquina do prédio, farmácia, posto de gasolina logo em frente. E o restaurante Bodega do Sertão, famoso na cidade, fica há uns 10 minutos do prédio, caminhando.
