Super ground floor flat with everything you could need to live comfortably. Pleasant housing estate, driveway parking big enough for a van, 10 minute drive from the NEC without traffic issues. Well prepped kitchen. lounge area, dining table, small courtyard outside. Excellent shower and bath combo with generous sized towels. Bed could be a bit firmer, but reasonably comfortable with duvet and plenty of pillows.

Just the softness of the bed, otherwise, great.

Amazing host, comfy apartment. I stayed a number of times with work, and I will return when back in the area.

Excellent. Everything you could possibly need Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and clean throughout.

Everything about the apartment was fine other than the noise from people walking about in the room above the bedroom and secondly, the bottom sheet cannot have been changed. It had several head and pubic hair hairs and was not pulled taut as if it had just been made. Any sheet given a long enough wash will lose any hairs. I noticed this at 11.45pm so could not do anything about it as there is no reception or other person there. I messaged the owner after I finished work next day and she denied this could have been possible. I said I had taken photos and she did not ask to see them and was disinterested. I gave her the chance to resolve my dissatisfaction privately but she did not take the opportunity hence reviewing now. I had nowhere else to sleep so had to lie the towels on the bed over the dirty sheet
