Very comfortable space, a very clean apartment and very comfortable underfloor heating, access to the sauna also very good! Also the storage Ski room a very nice surprise, with a equipment drying machine ;)

Nice modern building and alot of space in the biggest room of the complex.

For starters: It was too hot during the day, and the owner told us he did not provide airconditioning or a simple fan because no one needs it. Well think again, he might not, but it was 28+ degrees celcius inside during the day. The whole time we were there, the place was swarming with wasps on every balcony, even like 5+ inside the hearth which was also pretty annoying because you would constantly hear them and can only kill them when turning on, which isn’t what you want at this heat. And if you opened your doors to air a little, you’d be welcoming 10+ wasps in 15mins. So opening the doors to cool off the place was impossible. There wasn’t anything provided for the bugs until after complaints started coming in, after which bug swatters were provided (which was kind) During the night, it was finally available to cool off and the temperature dropped. But just relaxing at your home isn’t possible because it’s either getting swarmed by wasps or enjoying 28+ degrees inside, which is unaccaptable for this price range. To add insult to injury, when confronting the owner with my experience, he told me he’d come back to me on this issue after his vacation, but later just decided to ignore me after multiple messages. Class act! The gym facilities were either defective or non existant, pretty bare minimum, and the “swimming pool” provided as a facility is a public one nearby, so not in house. Overall, would not visit again. Rather spend my money elsewhere

Beautifully presented property in a fantastic location to explore the area. The hosts were extremely friendly and very welcoming. Hiking, leisure facilities and parks a short walking distance. Supermarkets less than 5 minutes in the car and Garmisch one way / Eibsee & Zugspitze the other, no more than 10 mins by car.

Nothing. One thing it could do with was some chopping boards as we did a lot of cooking in the apartment.

Super clean and cosy

We had a 10 month old baby and the floor was mostly tiles which made it a bit difficult to have her run freely.

Really great place: facilities, location, view. Highly recommended.
