Saudades Homestays

The apartments / bedrooms are huge. We really liked the balconies although it would have been nice if there was a table and chairs on the balcony so you could sit out. Bed comfortable and apartment very well cleaned. Staff were helpful. It was very easy to contact the manager who was very helpful and responsive on Whats App.

No shower curtain in the bathroom - a really low cost item that would make a difference in the bathrooms which are pretty basic.

Spacious rooms and well maintained. Staff were very compliant. Attended to every need we had

Property was very big

Showers facilities were very basic. It was a strange water heater which was hard to use. Basically lukewarm shower every morning. But apparently, that is standard in this part of India. Some members of staff were accommodating, some were not. E.g one member of staff insisted that I paid for the accommodation in cash. This was not acceptable for such a big amount. I had to escalate this issue for him to accept a card payment. E.g the same member of staff refused to give us more than one key for the property. That’s not acceptable for a house of up to six persons.

Awesome place and stay A calm getaway with family and friends And the pool was serene to relax Location was nearby from beaches , and all good places in south goa and the owner of the property was very welcoming Highly recommended

The Stay was comfortable and the Apartment was neat and clean. It had all the basic amenities and the rooms were spacious.

It's an old property but rooms were spacious. Had lovely balconies attached.

AC, TV, didn't work, charging points in the entire house weren't working during power failure, insufficient power back up. Not worth compared to the money they charge you per night, you can get a better stay elsewhere.
