It’s a beautiful property great view and close to our house but this time it was disappointing.

The Ac was not working in 2 rooms. The staff didn’t come accordingly to fix the ac. When the Ac man came he created a mess in the room and left without cleaning or fixing it.

"Great place for exploring South Goa's beaches"

Very close to Majorda beach and local restaurants; spacious apartment with great facilities (washing machine, stove, etc); apartment was very clean during check-in.

The check-in procedure wasn't clearly defined. Eventually we met a person who gave us the keys, but it wasn't easy to identify that he worked for Saudades Homestays. I was informed that I couldn't pay with an international credit card, even though I was able to use that card while booking.
