Appartamento grande e ben dotato, in posizione strategica per visitare Milazzo e andare al mare. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dai proprietari, gentilissimi, e la casa era pulita e ben attrezzata.

Tutto bene. L'unica difficoltà è il parcheggio che in tutta Milazzo è solo a pagamento e lo devi cercare.

The owner was really helpful. We didn't realise the check-in time, and he met us late-on in the evening. Really helpful guy, and great to speak to. The neighbours were lovely too. Beautiful apartment in the centre of Milazzo, awesome location for us. We had all we needed in the apartment and the place is super secure. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very little not to like. The parking was a nightmare, but this seems to go with the territory all over the island in the main towns and cities (from what I saw). I imagine that August is the worst time possible for this (especially in Italy), and the place is packed with tourists, albeit almost entirely Italian tourists in Milazzo. Locals struggle to park, so tourists are always going to have issues, or risk high prices/ fines. Luckily, we seemed to dodge both, apart from a trip to Taormina 28€...

Persönliche Übergabe und Erklärung der Wohnung, Einrichtung, to-do's (Klimaanlage Kondenswasser entleeren, Müll-Entsorgung) sowie Tipps zu der Umgebung. Waschmaschine in der Küche. Sehr schöne und geräumige Badezimmer, sehr grosser Wohnbereich. Strand (Ponente) in 10min zu Fuss erreichbar, Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehbereich (Bäckerei unterem Haus, Bar in 3min,, Einkaufszentrum in 5min). Fantastische Lage um Milazzo zu erkunden (das meiste ist zu Fuss machbar, ausser bei grosser Hitze). Am Abend läuft auch immer sehr viel in Milazzo (aus dem Grund sind die meisten Parkplätze besetzt).

Veraltetes Geschirr, teilweise zersprungene Tassen, Gläser und Teller. Pfannen sehr alt. Ein neues Geschirr- und Pfannenset wären wünschenswert. Klimaanlage Zentral im Gang, damit alle Räume gekühlt werden konnten, musste diese den ganzen Tag laufen. Der Behälter mit dem Kondenswasser im Balkon musste 2x täglich geleert werden (jedes mal ca. 10 Liter drin), keine Grosse Sache. Sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten, aber meistens immer voll, wenn man am Abend zu Hause kommt, mussten wir oft bis zu 1h ein Parkplatz für die Nacht Suchen. Die Untere Eingangstüre macht einen riesen lärm beim schliessen, vor allem wenn man sie spicken lässt (wie die meisten Hausbewohner). Haus von Aussen am zerbröckeln. Sehr kleiner

The appartment is very nice and clean, kitchen very well equipped, newly renovated bathroom. In a very nice sicilian style. The communication with the owners was good but they dont speek any English.

The bed in the sleeping room makes noise when you turn but the mattress it is comfortable. It was impossible to open the windows at night - there is a very noisy street and people drive their motorbikes like crazy very late at night.
