Marek was a great host. He communicated well and greeted us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and spacious, just the right size for our family of four. The location is in a quiet spot looking out towards the beautiful Tatry mountains. Perfect place for hiking. Free parking.

quite location, vicinity to Tatras and city, couple of minutes drive from various attractions, nature and historic sites. New apartment, clean, well equipped kitchen with all essential utensils. Very friendly and helpful owner.

I came here to hike for three days. Upon arrival, after easy and free parking, I just called and got the keys from my friendly host. The house is very modern (newly built) in a quiet but developing neighborhood. My room was spacious, with the bed so big that my extended arms couldn't reach the sides. That's all I could ask for to stretch my limbs. I liked the temperature-controlled shower tap and how everything you could need was available, it tells me that the owners furnished the place with careful consideration. Such as a drying rack for your clothes (Tatra weather), an electric kettle as part of the kitchenette, a little bin in the bathroom for the ladies, hand sanitizer, paper towel, tea, coffee, subtle scents in the window, and a bug net on some of them, a big sofa. Regarding the location, the roads leading to the mountains are pretty good quality, and I'd rather take the 20-30 mins in one direction each day than spend 3-7x+ on a lakeside hotel (except for the view) even if you add parking costs to the mix. Also, consider that Poprad is like next door where you'll find the AquaCity. In Spišská Sobota, a historic town (I call it old Poprad) with free parking, you have a better selection of more affordable/suburbian restaurants than the touristy kolibas near the plesos, which might have slightly inflated prices. There aren't significant distances, and I had no trouble reaching the Krivan parking lot at dawn (before 7 am for empty spots) from this location.

If I didn't need the fridge, I'd probably unplug it for a quieter experience.

Quiet location, very kind owner, brand new built building, fully equipped apartment, great view to the High Tatras. Owner's wife brought some dessert to us after a tiring hiking day, which was super kind. Great WiFi, big size smart TV which serves great when you have kids with you.
