Stylish and modern apartment house with anything you need. Clean and comfy.

Outside terasse is reachable only through basement entrance and back up, once the caffe closes (18.00). You can still seat outside in the summer evening, it is just a long walk. This is really the only remark we have. The rest is really great.

We always stay here when we come to Modrava each year. Clean, comfortable and walking distance to everything. Evening meal in Hotel Modrava next door is the best food value/portion/quality option in Modrava. Proper food that sticks to your ribs! Apartment has everything you need for a few nights stay. It has a fridge and kitchen so bring your own breakfast things / drinks with you. Upstairs and downstairs bathroom with shower/sink/toilet. Nice touch with the bottle of sparkling wine on arrival
