Comfortable room behind the owner's house with a separate entrance and private patio with pleasant finishing touches and an outside sitting area including a braai and recliner chairs. There is a panel heater in the bedroom and electric blankets on the bed. There's a TV with limited but sufficient DTSV options (we like watching Come Dine With Me on our road trips). There's a small but full sized fridge and freezer in the kitchen, a toaster, kettle and single electric frying pan for cooking. There are multiple tea and coffee options, and rusks and local dried fruit provided, which was a nice touch. The host was very friendly and was always available for questions. It's away from the main road so it's nice and peaceful, but still only a minute to 2 minute drive to all the shops and restaurants.

The pictures don't do justice to the place, hence the pictures I've added. The kitchen is very basic so don't plan on bringing ingredients to make complicated meals. The panel heater isn't necessarily enough to make the room toasty in the heart of the winter, but still does make the room comfortably warm. Although these are some points to note, for the price you pay, the accommodation is great value for money.

Beautifully furnished large apartment with garden place. Friendly welcome, lots of tips about the area, restaurants, and everything we wanted to know. It's a beautyfull place to stay here if you're driving on route 62. Will definitely return when in SA.

It is a nice cozy, quiet, and homely place. Home away from home. The couple was friendly and helpful. I will definitely book again.
