Water is not available at all times, for instance, the kitchen has no water. The smart TV and channel decoder ran out of battery, nobody change them.

The host was very unprofessional. She gave out the apartment ì had booked for 2 nights because I had a discount and she wanted more money. I arrived in Nairobi with my infants and was stranded and pissed when I called her and she said she gave away the apartment that morning to a customer who was to stay for 1 night. I have lost trust in booking.com because of hosts like her. So unprofessional and money minded.
