Payable directly to Pico resort, for maximum of 7-days stay. 1400 per adult. 600 kids (4-12). Free for infants until 3 years old.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Slow wifi. We cnt connect to internet even the smart tv that uses wired connection cant connect to inrernet.

I love how spacious the property is, it can accommodate up to 12 pax or more.

wifi connection - it needs upgrade, sometimes no connection at all, very limited user. water - poor supply, you can’t even use the rainshower

Unexpected spacious, individual bathrooms per bedroom, silent Aircon. Private Resort and beach. Not perfect but much higher standard than usual Philippine rooms.

Wifi offline from second day onward, building itself needs more maintenance, resort expects guests to wear the same paper armband 24/7.
