Myna Lagoon Pico de Loro

Ma'am Josie, the unit owner, is very accommodating and responsive. The unit is clean, well-maintained and very cozy.  Much appreciation also to the very kind and friendly caretaker, Ms. Hiedie. We'll surely be back!

Bed arrangement is great. The outdoor facilities are nice in pico de loro.

No wifi. No showergel unlike showed in the picture. Ac is noisy. No blackout curtain.The whole building is already deteriorating and gives a cheap atmosphere from the common area. Then its not about this unit but the entrance fee are extremely high in pico de loro and everything is expensive in there.

Location very good.

The host was very helpful. She insured that my stay there would go smoothly. The condo was very clean with complete amenities. The caretaker was very helpful. Pico de Loro as a whole is a nice place to relax. I would definitely come back. I would recommend it to my friends as well.

Place was in the center of beach, accessible.to club house. Friendly and accomodating caretaker who offered an extra mile in exchange to some shortcomings (offered late check out and help us clean up - CLAYGO posted.. The room is clean and they have Comfy beds.

Contrary to the reviews that if you book from the 4 condominiums including Myna towers itself that you don't need to pay for the entrance fee in the club. It was my understanding that it was included. But we were surprised it was an additional extra 1400/pax. Plus the 2hr waiting time and falling in line to register in the entrance before you can actually enter the front gates. In our room, towels are lacking we only got 2 towels when we booked for 4pax. You can experience power interruptions for like 30mins. No complimentary shampoo, body wash and conditioner which can make a good difference.
