Sehr nette Gastgeberin, schöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet; Nutzung der Sauna im Garten mit teils Blick auf die Berge. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür. Absolut ruhige Lage.

Der Blick der Wohnung ist zum Hang - keine besonders tolle Aussicht - aber das wussten wir vorher.

Nice smaller clean and comfortable apartment with hill / forest view...so quiet place. Practically furnished for good stay. In ground floor is ski storage room.

Weak wi-fi (together with weak signal in general in the mountains) Appartments are in higher part of Nauders so during heavier snow falls cars with all-wheell drive or good snow chains might be needed.

Unfortunately our time at Piz Lad ended very disappointing since the owner overcharged us by one additional adult for the entire week. The apartment hosts 10 adults. At time of booking we thought we go with 5 adults. The price pre-paid however is for 6 adults. So when we arrived we were 6 adults and mid week +1 person joined since there were sufficient beds. By the time of checkout the difference for the 1 person was supposed to be paid to owner. Instead the owner unannounced came to our door the night before checkout and decided to overcharge us since we didn’t register the additional person right away. And instead of charging one additional adult as we should have, they added +2 adults wrongly with the reason that we didn’t register correctly. We tried to solve the case in a kind and honest way, but the owner does not react and ignores to solve their overcharge. They reason with the fact that we already got a good price. Very disappointing and desperate treatment of customers. We have never experienced such an unholiest treatment of customers in any of the Austrian accommodations.
