Все було чудово

The flat is very spacious, in walking distance from the center, with lift on 3rd floor. Well equipped. We had everything we needed. A bottle of good red wine and fruit for the welcome is much appreciated. Also, some coffee capsules for coffee machine and shower gel with nice smell and shampoo :-D. Thank you, a lot. The flat has a spacious balcony, too with nice chairs and table. And functional wifi!

Maybe the third bed could have been prepared, as we announced late arrival. We were missing the pillows for the third person. However, there were 4 for other 2 beds, so we managed. The furniture is a bit outdated; the bed makes a lot of noise. I would also repair the wardrobe doors and the most used door in the kitchen - fix the hinges does not take much time. Some more wine glasses (there were only 2). Some noise in the night from the nearby road.

Не большая, но очень чистая и уютная квартира. Лёгкое, понятное заселение. Всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть. До пляжа 10 минут пешком. Автобус в аэропорт в 5 минутах ходьбы

Нас было трое, а пляжных полотенец только два.

It’s a great self contained flat with washing machine and kitchen. Very modern, clean and modern appliances. It has a balcony too so you can dry clothes on the rack there. It was great to have cable so we could watch the BBC news. Internet included too. Complimentary wine and water included a very nice touch. Well positioned and accessible to bus stops short walk. A short walk to the main strip at the Finikoudes boulevard. The owners very warm, friendly and welcoming. Instructions on how to get our key was clear and concise. We highly recommend this facility and no problem returning again in the future. Thank you so much. Kind regards

Aggressive elevator doors as you are trying to get your luggage within or out. Haha

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. The space is tastefully decorated, cozy, and exceptionally clean—everything felt carefully prepared and thoughtfully arranged. One of the loveliest touches was finding a bottle of wine, fresh fruits, and cold water waiting in the fridge upon arrival. It made us feel very welcomed. The hosts are straightforward and no-nonsense, which I respect—they’re clear, efficient, and get things done. While they may come across as a bit tough at first, it’s clear they care about their guests and go out of their way to make sure everything is in place. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

Just a small note for future guests about the airport bus transfer, in case it helps anyone avoid the confusion I experienced. The message mentioned getting off at the first bus stop, so I followed that—but it turns out the driver was new and didn’t know the route very well. He told me it was the first stop and that it was Makarios Avenue, which it was not. In reality, the first stop is quite far from the apartment—about a 50-minute walk. So make sure you ride the bus until it reaches Makarios Avenue, and get off there. Everything else about the stay was lovely, just wanted to share this small tip to make things smoother for the next guests!

Location, very clean, in proxymity of a lot of supermakets and restaurants. Also, the flat is close to Larnaca Marina.

Everything was perfect.
